Holt Virtual Assistance is a virtual administrative support agency with a focus on logistics and supply chain.

Erica Beckford is the CEO of Holt Virtual Assistance.  She originally created HVA as an administrative support company to fulfill the growing need for admin services in the medical field.  It was a way to keep private medical practices in business.  With the success of the medical admin support side of the business we soon expanded to helping all small business owners become successful without hiring in office staff. 

As we helped more and more of our family enter into the logistics space and carriers kept pouring in, we knew it was time to add freight arrangement assistance to the HVA list of offered services to people outside of our family. We expanded exponentially during COVID due to many customers with supply chain issues and their shortage of drivers.   We have always had a huge network of carriers throughout the U.S. as we always felt it was important to build relationships with drivers and shippers alike.  The Shippers/Manufacturers trust us to make sure their freight is delivered safely, timely and at a savings and drivers trust us to make sure their trucks keep moving and they compensated fairly.  Erica is bonded as a freight broker and our sister company M.C. Samuel’s Logistics was created to assist with our additional logistics needs.  Our MWBE, EDWOSB and DBE are all in the final stages of review.  Holt Virtual Assistance offers professional, cost efficient and personable logistics services. We meet you where you are, in every way possible.  We provide our customers with 24-hour dispatch services, and we also provide excellent track and trace services, so our customers always know where their freight is, and our drivers always know we are there when they need us.
